I became a Notary Public because I wanted to help my local community. In my opinion, since Notaries in Nevada are appointed by the State it is my duty to uphold my State's wishes to verify each signer's identity, make sure they are competent and coherent, and that the true wish to sign the document they present to me. It is also my duty to ensure the document is signed and Notarized properly. This may seem to some like a simple task but I can assure you that an untrained Notary can make simple mistakes that can truly put you in a bind. That is why I've taken over 145+ additional hours in addition to becoming well versed on all of our State's requirements to operate as a Notary Public within Nevada (specifically Las Vegas).

When acting as a Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent, what I like to call my second hat, I take pride in guiding my signers page-by-page through their Real Estate signing packages with ease so they can close their transaction on time, as planned. I have trained rigorously to learn the most key information most signers are seeking when signing and are prepared to help them locate all of the information they could be seeking. I also remain a member of the National Notary Association as well as NotaryStars.com should I ever hit a hiccup and need support so my clients can sign with confidence.
